Deshonna is the President and Co-founder of Barnes Bredall (formerly the
Polaris Search Group). With over 9 years of recruiting experience in the areas
of technology, sales/marketing, and human resources. Deshonna is a former
executive and corporate recruiter. She has worked for a national search firm,
EXE Technologies, Pitney Bowes, and has been a manager with the Casual
Corner Group. Deshonna has been the recipient of many sales awards, and
has provided human resources consulting to major corporations. Her client
list includes several Fortune 500 companies both on the local and national
level. She graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of
Arkansas at Little Rock. She is currently working towards her MBA. Deshonna
has a track record for recruiting the best talent in the industry.
Rebecca is the Vice-President and Co-founder of Barnes Bredall (formerly the
Polaris Search Group). Rebecca began her career as a Financial Analyst with
Thompson-Hayward Chemical Company in Kansas City, Missouri. She
relocated to Dallas and pursued her finance career with Publicis. American
Greetings, Hewlett Packard-Convex Division and EXE Technologies. Rebecca
has held senior financial/operational roles supporting Sales, Service,
Marketing, Engineering and Administrative organizations. She began her
recruiting career in 1998 and has worked for both national and regional
recruiting firms within a broad range of industries. Her clients range from
start-up to Fortune 100 companies. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Finance from Kansas State University and an MBA from
the University of Texas at Dallas.
